Badges for Booth Personnel Exhibitor booth personnel must wear the official Exhibitor Name Badge at all times in the exhibit hall. Exhibit manager issues two (2) complimentary booth staff badges per 10’ x 10” booth. Additional staff badges are available for $25.00 each. Click here to request exhibitor staff badges.

Booth Demonstrations /Sound Demonstration areas must be confined within the exhibit space so as not to interfere with neighboring exhibitors or aisle traffic. Aisles may not be obstructed at any time by large crowds gathered to watch a demo.Exhibit Manager shall have sole discretion in determining whether Exhibitor's sound interferes in any way with other exhibitors and whether it shall be discontinued or modified. Any projection of sound beyond the confines of the exhibit booth is prohibited.

Exhibit Design - Display Rules and Regulations (IAEE) All exhibits must conform to the IAEE "Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations". Click here for complete IAEE Guidelines. Included but not limited to:
- Exhibits shall not project beyond Exhibitor's allotted space.
- Booth displays may not exceed a height of 8'.
- Exhibits shall not obstruct the view of, or interfere with traffic to, the exhibits of others and shall be protected by safety guards and devices where necessary to prevent injury to spectators.

Exhibit Installation/Dismantle Exhibitors' full-time employees may set up and dismantle their own exhibit. If you intend to have your exhibit installed/dismantled by an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit the Authorization Form to National Expo, Inc., official General Contractor/Show Decorator. All booths must be installed by 7:30 am on 5/8/13. In the event that Exhibitor's rented space is unoccupied two hours prior to opening of the Show, Exhibitor shall be considered to have defaulted under the Terms and Conditions of the Application and Contract. Exhibitor shall not tear down, dismantle, or abandon its exhibit prior to the published close of show 5/9/13 at 3:30pm. In the event of early tear-down, dismantlement, or abandonment, Exhibitor agrees to pay in addition to its Rental Fee, damages in the amount of $250. Any company needing additional dismantling time after 7:30 pm will be responsible for arranging and paying for overnight security.

Exhibitor Presentation and Conduct All content presented, demonstrated, exhibited, performed, distributed, or displayed by Exhibitor shall be subject to Exhibit Manager's approval. Any content that, in the sole discretion of Exhibit Manager, is in any way unacceptable or unsuited to the Conference may be rejected. Exhibitor-hosted meetings, functions or receptions may not conflict with any Conference sessions, Conference events or exhibit hall hours. Exhibit Manager shall have sole discretion in determining whether Exhibitor's demeanor is inappropriate or disruptive. Exhibitor shall not distribute any advertising matter, literature, souvenir items or promotional materials except from its own allotted exhibit space.

Insurance/Liability General liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence must be obtained by EXHIBITORS at their own expense, showing GHC and McRae & Company, Inc. as additional insured parties. Proof of insurance must be submitted to McRAE 60 days prior to the first day of move-in for the event. Please ask your insurance agent for a certificate of insurance naming Governor's Hurricane Conference and McRae & Company, Inc. as additional insured parties. Licenses/Permits/Taxes/Copyrights Exhibitor shall be responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits or approvals required under local, state or federal law applicable to its exhibit activities. Exhibitor shall be responsible for obtaining tax identification numbers and for paying all taxes, license fees, or other charges that become due to any governmental authority in connection with its activities under the Terms and Conditions of the Application and Contract. If you plan to play any copyrighted music in your booth, you must obtain and display all necessary licenses from the copyright owner or licensing agency.

Material Handling Services/Drayage National Expo, Inc. is the official show decorator and exclusive material handling provider for the exhibit hall. Exhibitors and their full-time employees are permitted to self-unload/load and hand-carry their own materials. No carts or dollies will be available for loan or rent. Parking/POVs (Privately owned vehicles) Self-unloading/loading Complimentary parking is provided during MOVE-IN ONLY on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. Exhibitors and their full-time employees are permitted to self-unload/load their own materials, however, no carts or dollies will be available for loan or rent. On show days, parking is $6 per day with in/out privileges.

Retail Sales Retail sales are allowed in the exhibit hall.

Security Exhibitors are responsible for their valuables. Exhibit Manager provides perimeter security at points of entry to the exhibit hall on a 24-hour basis during the entire period of the show, including installation and dismantle. Every reasonable effort will be made to prevent losses. However, the final responsibility for exhibitor-owned equipment and merchandise security rests on the exhibitor. Do not leave your booth unattended until your merchandise is secure! Sharing Exhibit Space Exhibitor shall not reassign, sublease, or share assigned exhibit space with any person, firm, or other entity, nor shall Exhibitor allow any person, firm, or entity to solicit business in any form in Exhibitor's assigned space, without prior notification to, and approval by, Exhibit Manager.
